Our Gallery Wall, Finally

We finally finished our gallery wall last year, and I’m finally sharing all the details + where we bought all our prints. This home, more than any other, is my absolute favourite and I can’t wait to do a full living & dining room tour next. And if you haven’t already, you can see my home office tour here. When it came time to choosing frames for the gallery wall? I laid out my frames / configuration on the floor so I could decide on my final layout. Then I measured all of the frames, cut out the sizes using art paper, and measured + arranged my frame cut-outs on our wall.

Next, my super handy hubby placed the nails, removed the frame cut-outs, and hung our frames in place. He also used a level to make sure everything was perfectly straight. I must say, I’m so appreciative of his eye for detail - I tend to be a perfectionist and I’m thankful he takes so much care with projects around our home.

Prints from left to right: wake via minted, pier photograph is mine, parrot tulips via minted, shape nine by Sarah Swanson (and only $10 US), black & white lines are an old post card (but here’s a similar one from minted), torched via minted, and the ocean photograph is mine as well.

As for my frames? The silver, and black frame are from Pottery Barn, and the rest are from Ikea, and so is the shelf above our TV. If you have any specific questions about our gallery wall, or are looking for tips, let me know in the comments section and I’ll be sure to answer. Thanks so much for reading, friends. Hope your June is off to a wonderful start!! xo
